He shot the squirrel with a 22 rifle on his first try. I do hope the little guy didn't have a family. Yes it was a male squirrel thus the ill-fitting red fig leaf.
The squirrel is being mounted and will reside in GS's room. He's very proud of his work. BUT his absolute favorite sport is Bass Fishing ......... he's very very good at fishing.

Oh, that's so cute! Contrary to popular opinion, I think hunting is a great sport for kids - properly supervised and trained, of course.
Fishing is good...lol
