A couple months back I decided I needed to start exercising again so off I went to our local YMCA. So at least 4 days a week I take some classes, work out with a personal trainer and squeeze in aerobics. I'm feeling so much better.
About 5yrs ago I was on Weight Watchers and actually made it to be a Lifetimer. Then I became too confident and wandered away and gained back about 20 pounds. So back in Sept. 2008 I went back to Weight Watchers. I'm happy to say that I'm almost back to goal. It's hard to loose weight when you're over 60 but I'm plugging along.
EDIT: I'm happy to add that as of Wed., April 8 I made goal so am now back to LIFETIME weight watcher status. yea
Now recently Weight Watchers moved their location. I don't know what they're thinking. The WW Center is located between a pizza joint and a sandwich shop ....... can't you believe it ....
